Dangles and ticklers are an addition to a tipi cover for those studying Kiowa, Sioux, Cheyenne and Crow. Dangles can be made from rawhide, strap leather, quills, raffia, cattails, plant dyes, Rit dye, Maiden fern, beads, deer toes or dew toes, and other materials. It is hoped that we will add written directions on making the different types of dangles. |
